"I believe human beings are capable of incredible healing and adaptability."

Who I Work With:

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I know that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but I truly believe that you already have the inner strength and resources you need to heal—I’m here to help you uncover them.

How I Can Help:

I use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients work through emotional pain, process past experiences, and build confidence in themselves. I also incorporate elements of Solution-Focused Therapy, which helps reduce the emotional weight of past events and empowers you to move forward.

💡 Therapy with me is a collaborative process—whether you’re just starting your healing journey or looking to deepen the work you’ve already begun, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

A Friendly Face You Might See in the Office 🐶:

From time to time, I may bring my therapy dog-in-training, Joey, to the office. He believes he’s everyone’s best friend! 🐾 If you’re not comfortable with dogs or have allergies, no worries at all—just let me know!
