How to Use the Portal
1.
Complete Paperwork
Any paperwork, assessments, or invoices sent to you will be listed under “needs your attention” on the homepage of your Portal account.
2.
Request An Appointment
Go to "Appointments" and select “+ Request Appointment”, then “View Available Times”.
3.
Attend Telehealth Sessions
Any upcoming telehealth appointments (and others!) will be shown on the homepage of your Portal. Click “Join Session” and your therapist will join you soon!
(If a session was supposed to be teleheath, but is listed as in person- so you are unable to join, please text Alex, the office Admin, and she will get that fixed up for you. 435-754-9399)
4.
Make Payments
Visit "Billing" to view current balances and submit payments.
(If this balance is not what you expected, be sure to text Alex, the office Admin to make sure the amount is correct. Sometimes our system puts the balance before insurance has gotten back to us :) 435-754-9399)
5.
Send a Secure Message to your Therapist
Use the "Messages" tab for direct communication with your Therapist OR the Office Admin.
The client portal allows you to securely message us. Please select the appropriate option to ensure your message gets to the right place:
📅 Administrative
For scheduling, appointment requests, or general questions. This goes to both your therapist and our admin team and can be answered by either.
💳 Billing
For questions about invoices, payments, or insurance. These messages go directly to our office administrator.
🗨️ Clinical
For non-urgent communication with your therapist. These messages are private and go directly to your assigned clinician and ONLY your assigned clinician.
