How I Can Help:

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process—you’re the expert on your own life, and I’m here to help you navigate challenges with the right tools and support.

In our work together, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic techniques, Parts Work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help explore how your body and nervous system hold emotional and physical distress. Together, we work to release and reprocess that distress, strengthen your resilience and coping, and address the specific concerns that brought you to therapy.

🌿 And, when the moment is right, I believe humor can be part of the healing process too—therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

Taking the First Step:

I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming. There are financial, emotional, and personal factors to consider, and I’m mindful of all of these. If you have questions or want to see if we’re a good fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out for a free consultation.

Whenever you're ready, I’d love to hear from you.
