Who I Work With:
As an intern therapist, I bring a compassionate and curious mindset to every session. I work with couples and families to support healthy communication and emotional connection, and I also support individuals facing challenges like depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief, and life transitions.
I believe that every person has a unique story, and that healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard. My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences and find meaningful ways forward.
How I Can Help:
My experience includes supporting clients through depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, grief, and major life transitions. I'm here to listen without judgment and to help you navigate the next chapter of your life with clarity and compassion.
I bring a compassionate and grounded approach, and can integrate neurofeedback to support lasting change. As part of our intern program, Bill is able to offer sessions at a lower cash-pay rate, making therapy more accessible while providing dedicated, personalized care.
Your story is still unfolding:
Life doesn’t always go as planned, and we all carry experiences that shape us. My goal is to provide a space where your story is safe to explore—no matter how heavy or complicated it may feel. Together, we can work toward healing, clarity, and growth.
I’d love to hear your story—whenever you’re ready to share it.
What is Neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive way of helping your brain learn healthier patterns. By tracking your brainwaves in real time, this approach uses feedback and practice to improve focus, mood regulation, and overall balance. It can be especially helpful for challenges like anxiety, stress, attention concerns, and sleep difficulties.
What to Expect in a Session:
During a neurofeedback session, you’ll relax in a comfortable chair while sensors measure your brain activity—no pain, no invasive equipment. As your brainwaves are tracked, you’ll receive gentle feedback through visuals or sounds that help your brain learn new, healthier patterns. Over time, these sessions can support lasting improvements in focus, stress management, and emotional well-being.
